Okay, I'm going to type this up before adding the cast, synopsis, and pics.

This drama was so wonderful! But......I will never watch this again. I will be crying the rest of the day and all eternity. I had no idea this would turn out just like Heaven's Tree. I had a feeling something was up when they kept hinting about watching out for cars and organ donors. If you don't know what I'm talking about by now.....you must be brain dead. Yeah, I just spoiled the ending. But don't let that bother you because this drama had so many popular faces in it. I was so excited that my toes curled and my blood boiled.

This drama touched on important scenarios in our everyday lives....especially organ donation and teen pregnancy.

The important factoid that was stressed entirely in this drama was to be TRUE TO YOURSELF.

Now I'm a little beefed because this was a Japanese drama and it ended like a Korean one. I was not happy at all but then I was too busy shedding enough tears that I became a human Niagara Falls. Yeah, it was that good of an ending!!!

A definite tear-jerker if your willing to spare the water weight from your body. It'll take days to get over this one. How will I sleep tonight?

Now I shall post pics of guys I haven't posted of before...........shall I?

Shopping Hero (ツーハンマン / Two Hand Man -2002)

Shopping Hero
Starring:
Nakamura Shunsuke as Yamada Makoto
Kawahara Ayako as Yuka
Tamaki Hiroshi
Maya Miki
Kohashi Kenji
Taguchi Hiromasa
Kusakari Masao
Suzuki Sawa

A story of a shy and quite office worker who by chance became a “masked demonstrator” in a TV shopping program. What happens when his longing lady fell in love with not the real him but the disguised self?

Yamada Makoto (Nakamura) works for TV shopping company as a troubleshooter. Although being a quite, shy, and extremely ordinary guy, he one day by chance performs as a “masked demonstrator” in a popular TV shopping program by wearing a superman-like costume. His enthusiastic speech and persuasive demonstration touches the heart of the audience, and not only he becomes a TV hero, he cheers up the people in need of help! A unique comedy love story is here! -- TV Asahi

This drama started out stupid but I didn't give up because the synopsis sounded cool. It actually got better. I didn't want to stop watching. I loved the fact that our "Shopping Hero" solved personal problems while selling a product at the same time. A few times I actually teared up.

I will say I wasn't too thrilled that they tried to make a romance between "Jimmy" and Yuka. First she was too ditzy and she had a fling with the president of the company who by the way is already married. Complicated? Yeah. I was actually routing for the girl that worked in the complaints department with "Jimmy".

Well, as the series progressed, the stories got boring. The last episode I fast forwarded to the end.....and the ending sucked. This drama became a dissappointment quick.

I really liked the character of "Jimmy" aka...Shopping Hero. He was sweet and kind but how could someone like him choose a woman who slept with a married man and she wasn't all that pretty anyway. Ehhh. So yeah, this drama sucked in my own personal opinion.

I hate saying that only because it had my first love Tamaki Hiroshi in it. I will say his character was sweet also. He loved an older women who has a small child. What endeared me the most was the fact that he loved the little boy as his own. *sigh*

Speedmaster
Starring:
Lisa Ai
Ken Ayugai
Mayu Gamou
Kie Kitano
Shunsuke Nakamura
Yuichiro Nakayama
Kohei Otomo
Keiichi Suzuki
Shigekazu Wakisaka

Hayato (Shunsuke Nakamura) has become a vagabond since the tragic accident that killed his best friend when driving at high speed. Hayato used to be a Hashiriya with driving technique that can`t be imitated by anyone. But when accidentally rescuing the daughter, Mahiro (Kie Kitano), of small tune-up and maintenance shop, from being beaten by the gangster, he gets hired by the factory which was on verge of bankruptcy ever since the owner and father of Mahiro got aftereffects from an illness. The leader of the gangster, Yuya (Asahi Uchida) who tried to beat Mahiro is the son of the other tune-up and maintenance shop, and had always wanted Mahiro’s shop to expand their business. With persistent harassment from Yuya, Hayato decides to make a deal with a lunatic car and speed maniac, Yuya that he cannot do any harm to Mahiro if Yuya loses the car racing…

Just watched this this morning. I would consider this a B-movie. The acting was alright but the action and music was a wee bit cheesy. Nakamura Shunsuke was all out hot, Hot, HOT! I could never have imagined him looking like that when we last saw him in Absolute Boyfriend as Sosuke's brother.

The story was a tad to shoddy. There wasn't enough information about the characters, so you felt you really didn't know them. So that was hard to get emotional for the racing scenes. This races were more about speed rather than drifting. You'd think since this is a Japanese movie there would have been more drifting involved but that wasn't so.

I won't say the movie was bad but it wasn't an all time great that if you really need to watch something this could easily be surpassed.

"Kame" as Kindaichi Hajime.

A month after Kinda'ichi went on his bicycle riding vacation, he sends a letter to Miyuki, inviting her and Kenmochi to a themed inn named "Ruins", where one of their former classmates has a part time job. The inn is located in a virtual ghost town due to rumors regarding vampirism that sprung up a few years past. The rumor comes to life when guests of the inn are found dead, their bodies drained of blood, with two puncture wounds on their necks -- which appear to be vampire bites. Worse, the murders are impossible, unless the killer really is a vampire... or one Miyuki Nanase...

I love KAME! If only..........*sigh*

I loved seeing Kame in a murder mystery. Yes, he was still comedic at times but the situation was dire and serious. I love this side of Kame. I know he was the third Kindaichi portrayed that is why I watched him first so I couldn't, or yet, wouldn't ruin his portrayal. Now I can watch
Domoto Tsuyoshi's version and Matsumoto Jun's. Woo-hoo!

I don't know what it is about KAME but he makes my heart all a-flutter..........
