“Never to Lose” concerns the men of Homicide Unit 3, who are in dire straits at the moment. While Unit 3’s cops are full of ambition and talent, they never seem to crack a case. The team is comprised of Detective Koh, a 15 year veteran, Detective Kim (Min-jun Kim), a rookie eager to make a name for himself, Detective Koh, a married man who spends more time on the job than with his wife, and Detective Ryung ( Sang-mi Nam ), who can’t get taken seriously by her peers because she’s a woman. While at a party with his girlfriend, Kim happens upon information about a drug deal that could get the team the respect they’ve been looking for. But what the team gets into turns out to be not just a big drug bust, but a case that makes Homicide Unit 3 the target of the largest drug lord in Korea .



This movie was a freakin' riot. I really liked it. It wasn't a blockbuster but it kept me on my toes and it was fun. Okay, I'll admit Kim Min Jun was freakin' hot!

I'll admit there were a few scenes that were funny but I don't think was really supposed to be a comedy. Okay, I cried when one particular cop was killed. I couldn't believe it. I think it was the quote that he said that made my heart hurt.

I did think that a romance was supposed to have evolved between two particular cops but I think they didn't want to make this movie into something like that. So the romance was on the downlow. Which was okay. But I was hoping.................

The movie had a great start, good middle, and a rewarding ending. So this movie wasn't half bad.

Gang-jo, a charismatic game programmer becomes weary about his successful life, and transforms into a thief equipped with hi-tech devices. One day, he sneaks into Sang-tae¡¯s home and Sang-tae, a happily married man who considers watching TV together with his family his biggest happiness finds out three 10,000 won bills, a TV remote and pig-ear sushi rolls disappears. Few days later, Gang-jo visits Sang-tae¡¯s house once more and Sang-tae¡¯s family become trembling in fear. Sang-tae, eager to protect his family, does anything possible to calm their fears, but in spite of his efforts, he loses his faces and dignity in front of his family when he lets the thief slip right under his nose. Sang-tae now becomes desperate as the confidence as a father and husband is about to collapse, but he has some surprises hidden under his sleeve.



This movie was so cute! I really didn't get into until the end but the end was the best part of the movie other than So Ji Seob (Sup).

It started out really well. The cuteness factor set in. Then it got kind of dull. I sort of wanted to smack Sang-tae's kids. Their rudeness and obvious disparity towards their father was evident but it really was far beyond respect.

The dull factor came when Kang-jo kept breaking into the house to eat Sang-tae's wife's food that was obviously gross. I didn't really care for that.....it was sort of like a courtship between Kang-jo and Sang-tae's wife. Something that wasn't really necessary...but then.......

Kang-jo stole Sang-tae's diary and from that point on.....the movie was back together again and the fun began. Let's just say I '"ahh"ed when Kang-jo sent neckties to Sang-tae! From that point on, you knew they had some sort of twisted friendship.

It was fun! Gotta watch. Hang in there past a few dull parts because it does come together in the end.

Detective Chun Jae In thinks that she is about to break a huge child prostitution ring, but when she finds that she has really ruined a much higher-level undercover operation, she is embarrassed and humiliated. She must go undercover once again, this time in a school, under the pretence of being a new student so that she can ensure the safety of the daughter of an important Mafia witness that the police want to locate. Before long she finds her maths skills challenged, her fighting skills honed on the school bullies and her heart melted by a fellow student. But will she be able to stay focussed on the mission, capture the bad guys and save the day?


Aye-yi-yi! That was pretty good. Gotta love Kim Seon-ah! That woman'll make you laugh until you pee yourself. She is a natural. I think I've loved all of her movies. Not a one have I not liked. How can we forget the Lovely Sam-Soon! HEHE!

I will say this though. I was going for her with Detective Joh at the beginning before I realized he was the "bad" guy. Ugh! You know that hate-love relationship....they can't stand each other then realize they like each other? That was what I was hoping for. But hey, No-young, wasn't a bad choice either. How can we not love Gong Yoo? The man has a bod that won't quit! Whew! As a matter of fact, if I haven't already said this, the Coffee Prince was my very first Kdrama...ever! That is the one that started it all. So in all....I thank you Gong Yoo for being such a hottie to keep me coming for more!! LOL!

LOL! This movie was a hoot! Totally cool movie. Makes you want to go hug your mama! I mean it!

You fall in love with Granny and the three men who decide to kidnap her for money. The three guys aren't a malicious bunch but are having hard times. Granny being a smart cookie realizes this and eventually starts helping them out with her kidnapping.

I will say this....the very end was so damn funny. I'm still smiling! Weeeeeeeeee!
